NORTHSIDE I FOUND A APT ST ALLOWING ONE TO DRIVE FROM EAST PARKING TO A NORTH WEST PARKING LOT. THERE WAS A DIVIDED STREET ON THE NORTH SIDE WITH A DRAINAGE DITCH IN THE MIDDLE. THERE WAS ALSO APTS ACROSS THE STREET, AND ONLY LIGHTING IN THE PARKING AREA AND AT THE APT SIDEWALKS SAME AS THE FRONT, POLE LIGHTS HAD GLOBES. FOUND ONLY ONE LIGHT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE COMPLEX THAT LIT THE MAINTANENCE AREA AND WELL AWAY FROM THE TWO STORY TOWNHOMES TO THE WEST WHICH IS DIVIDED BY A 6-7 FT WALL. SPACE BETWEEN BUILDINGS IS AT LEAST 30 FT. AWAY. NO VIOLATION/ CLOSE CASE. |
