07/19/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LPUMPHRE Approved Site inspection showed the original approved parcels for the parking lot under the TUP (T13TUP0007) are being used as approved (vehicle parking) with the exception that 1) the chain link fencing is not screened, 2) there are multiple 40' metal storage containers located on the lot, 3) the approved entrance on the west side is not being used; an unapproved entrance via the alley at the N property (east section) is being utilized, 4) the public alley is being routed as a one way street, 5) the vacant lot to the north (1126 N 6th) which is owned by same owner, is being used as an additional parking and storage lot and is fenced, but has not been approved as such. An NOV will be prepared and issued to property owner and UEB Builders.
08/28/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LPUMPHRE Approved Screening has been installed. Storage containers still present; alternated entrance still being used, parcel to north still in use as storage, all without approval. No re-submittals on file for changes.
