07/08/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | RVIDAL | Approved | Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a water line break. Arrived and all the units have cleared and met with the maintenance. A company was on site to start the extraction of the water from the units. A flex line under the kitchen sink broke and no one knew how to turn the water off. The fire department made contact with the maintenance man on call and he turned the main valve to the building until he could check on what broke. Once the valve under the sink in the kitchen was turned off the main valve to the building was turned back on. The unit was flooded and the water started to leak to the bottom floors due to this unit was on the second floor. The water was extracted and the blower left on. The tenant had already left the site to stay with some one else for the night. The maintenance signed the paper work on securing the units. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
