She stated that Peach Properties is the PM taking care of the property and that they had been notified. Inspection revealed three lights located along the pool fence which are attached with metal conduit. On the north end of the conduit run there was a j-box without a cover leaving the wiring exposed. I returned to the office and called Peach and a representative named Merna stated that an electrician had already been dispatched to address the problem. I asked her to contact me when the problem was resolved. I called the complainant and explained. |
