Description:
Over at 3310/12 they pile things up next to the garbage bins to throw away but only occasionally do it. Stuff seems to hang on there for months before someone actually lifts it into a bin. I walked past there this morning, and their bins are full (possibly they got them curbside in time) but the trash that REMAINS piled around them for months is what gets me. There's this pink box stuffed full that has to have been there at LEAST three months and probably since Xmas.
