Arrived and the units were cleaning up and the fire investigators were on scene looking for the cause. The house was vacant and was forced opened to gain entry to get to the fire. The fire was in the hallway near the bathroom. The house was being remodled at this time and was almose completed. The owner was called and came to the site. The workers were on site and waited for the owner to show up. The dectives did meet with the owner and were given permission to check the property. The owner was going to have the property secured.once the investigation was completed. The property had been secured and were going to install new window panes on all the broken panes today. The owner signed all the paper work and left the property and was called when to come and secure the property once the investigation was completed. Went over that a permit is required for the repairs and will need to show where the damage was in the house from the fire. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
