Coronado Place is a 158-unit condominium community. Owner of Unit 48 constructed a permanent roof structure atop decorative beams in the common area patio of his unit. Besides being in violation of our HOA Community CCR's, this is a non-permitted structure built by a non-licensed contractor.

The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |
