The electrical system shall be free from such hazards as bare wiring; overloaded circuits or services; equipment not properly grounded; over-fused circuits; misuse of wiring, including the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring; non-approved wiring; and wiring exposed to moisture or extreme heat. Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. (2) All electrical equipment, wiring and appliances shall be installed and maintained in a safe manner and in accordance with all applicable laws. |

The electrical main disconnect has triple lugging on the feed side and not able to remove power due to on the line side and above the fuses. The triple lugging are from an AC and dryer being added and not having breakers. The go to boxes added to the disconnect and are on the outside of the main disconnect. The cable dish is worped from the heat along with the cables and the cable box mounted on the red brick wall. The AC package unit on the roof has the smell of smoke going into the house and will need to be checked for damage due to heat on the unit. The beam end on the front porch has some burning and only on the end cut. The olylanders were burned near the fence near the neighbors property that burned. Will do N.O.V. for the electrical and will send by mail. |
