Lots of junk outside. Fence covered with material and clothes to try and shield yard from public view. No hot water to units. The water heater may not be working. Residents have not had hot water for months. Sewer line gets clogged on a regular basis. RV parked in the front with people living inside of it. Residents cook all meals outside. Lots of stuff outside. Residents may not have enough room inside the actual units to house all their items.
