Description:
Tenant has reported a celing leak in the main bathroom to the manager and it has not been fixed yet. The walls are starting to cave in, and the wood is rotting. Tenant claims the leak is occuring from the unit above him. He says there is black mold, told tenant we do not inspect for mold. Please call tenant to arrange a time to meet inside the unit.
