05/16/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Spoke with TPD on site and they explained the owner was responding. I surveyed the proper and found two doors to the residence breeched. There were miscellaneous personal items inside the residence which was ransacked. I awaited the arrival of the owner and spoke to her directly regarding the securing of the house. She indicated she would address the issues and explained she was dealing with an ongoing tenant problem. TEP took the meter and Tucson Water was slated to lock-out it's meter. I posted the house Do Not Enter, unsafe to occupy. I gave the owner my information and will follow up in a few weeks.
06/10/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved Home is secured. Tenant is gone. Case closed.
