Description:

LARGE GRAFFITI ON NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING ON PROPERTY. 2nd complaint on 5/17/2013: 3901 E. Speedway also has a large roll off that has been there for about a month and it is being used as a graffiti canvas daily. This is not a City of Tucson roll off. Also there is an abundance of trash on the property near the block wall on the corner.
