05/09/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved I spoke with the management and they explained they were aware of the leak and the tenant was slated to permanently relocate to another apt, after which time the repairs would be made. Management explained that yesterday, the day the tenant lodged the complaint, that it had issued the tenant a late fee for failure to remit monthly rent at the prescribed time. The manager was a bit perplexed by the complaint and asked a member of the maintenance staff who was present at our meeting to respond to the apartment in question and see if there was anything he could repair before the tenant vacated.
