Looking into the rear yard from the sidewalk on the south side of the property I identified items of a personal storage nature in rear yard which do not exceed the limits under code. The front and side yards visible from the street were well kept and free of weeds and overgrown or untended vegetation. In the rear yard and visible from the sidewalk there is a line of thick vegetation which obscures the pool area.
