05/10/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved Met with the owner and looked at the rear yard and west side of the property. Has a large volume of trash and debris, storage, J.M.V., furniture and rosters and chicken. The property has no fence barrier to hide the trash and debris. This property butts to a neighbors property on the southside. I did meet with the neighbor and all this area belongs to the property in questioned. Called Animal Control on the rosters. Will do the N.O.V. RV.
11/19/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved Some work has been done but appears that some of the items have just been moved around. The property is still filled with trash and debris and storage. Some of the cages that were on the property have been filled. Found no permit for the storage room built. Will wait for the court date.
