07/17/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved The property has 2-pools and 2-different areas. Did check both of the pools and the barrier are metal square tubing at 5" o.c. through out. The pool was built in 1984 and the bar spacing was at 5" o.c. Found no changes in the barriers and the barriers are from when the pool was built. Some bars have been welded but are placed in the same location that were installed. They had complaints on roaches and not able to find a space number and called the phone number given of the tenant and received no call back. Did meet with the managers and they have a log to order spraying of the roaches if needed at any time and is done daily, weekly or monthly. At this time the case will be close. Did meet with the administrator Tracy Williams on the spacing of the bars and went over that the spacing was approved at 5" o.c. in 1984 when built. No Verify. Close Case. RV.
