The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

TEP DID PULL ALL 5 METERS AND CUT THE SERVICE DROP. SWG DID REMOVE ALL THERE EQUIPMENT FROM THE PROPERTY, THEY EXPOSE THERE SERVICE LINE AND PLUGGED IT. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO FIRE DAMAGE. A PLACARD WAS POSTED ON THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING WHICH READ UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. SCHEDULE FOLLOW UP INSPECTION OUT 60 DAYS, ALL DOCUMENT IN SIRE. |
