The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

THIS UNIT ALSO HAS AN ATTACHED 6 X 16 PORCH WHICH ALL THE WOOD MEMBERS ARE SEVERELY DAMAGE WITH DEEP CRACKS AND SOME MEMBERS ARE CHARRED. THERE IS BARE WIRING IN THIS AREA. TEP DID PULL ALL 5 METERS AND CUT THE SERVICE DROP. SWG DID REMOVE ALL THERE EQUIPMENT FROM THE PROPERTY, THEY EXPOSE THERE SERVICE LINE AND PLUGGED IT. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO FIRE DAMAGE. A PLACARD WAS POSTED ON THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING WHICH READ UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS ARE IN SIRE. FOLLOW UP IN 60 DAYS |
