Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.
05/01/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-35. OBSTRUCTING STREETS, ALLEYS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED. No person shall obstruct any public sidewalk, street or alley in the city by placing, maintaining or allowing to remain thereon any item or thing that prevents full, free and unobstructed public use in any manner, except as otherwise specifically permitted by law.
