Description:

Exposed work in kitchen that has not been repaired. Gas line was fixed first. PDSD is scheduled for an inspection of the gas line work on 4/09/13. Once the wall once opened up for the gas line the plumber found the AC unit was leaking into the wall. Plumber found mold. The plumber has not been back. Area has been exposed for the last three days. Tenant told we do not inspect for mold. Please call tenant to arrange a time to meet inside the unit before arriving.
