Description:
Resident planted cactus & allowed desert broom to grow on the Rosewood side of home. The city right of way is completely impassable and unsafe. She has also spread lime on the sidewalk on the Janal Circle side of home so that nobody can walk their dog in front of her house. There is a large pile of dog feces in her sidewalk for about a week now. People have to walk in the street in front of her house.
