Description:
Vacant lot with a hot dog vender on it. Site has a pile of broken bricks, chunks of concrete, sand, and broken rock on site. Looks like the vender brought in this material to fill in pot holes, and then left a big pile on the lot. Pile looks out of place, and lot is really dusty now. (Caller told to contact Air Quality). Caller won't be back for hot dogs since the repair was made to the lot surface.
