03/21/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TPD OFFICERS, SPOKE WITH OFFICER LEE WHO MENTIONED THEY WERE CALLED TO THE PROPERTY BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER EARL CONNER WHO MENTIONED HE RETURNED HOME TO FIND PEOPLE INSIDE THE HOUSE REMOVING CABINETS, BATHROOM FIXTURES, KITCHEN FIXTURES, AND HAD EVEN REMOVED THE HEATING AND COOLING UNIT FROM INSIDE THE TRUSSES BY CUTTING THE TRUSSES. MR CONNER PROVIDED TPD WITH FORCLOSER PAPERWORK FROM CHASE BANK, TPD SHOWED ME THE PAPERWORK BUT KEPT THE PAPERWORK FOR THEIR CASE. I SPOKE WITH MR TOPPER WHO AGREED TO SECURE THE FRONT DOOR WHICH HAD BEEN REMOVED, REAR SLIDING GLASS DOOR WAS LOCKABLE, ALONG WITH ALL WINDOW OPENINGS. FRONT WAS SECURED BEFORE LEAVING THE PROPERTY AND UNIT WAS POSTED WITH "DO NOT ENTER, UNSAFE TO OCCUPY" STICKER. OWNER ALSO AGREED TO CLEAN THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY, WEEDS WERE MINIMAL BUT ABOVE 6 INCHES. I HAD EXPLAINED HCD PROBLEMS WITH FORECLOSED PROPERTIES. ** RECEIVED CALL FROM OWNER ON 3/22/13 STATING THAT THE WEEDS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. WILL CONDUCT A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION ON 3/25/2013
