Description:

Water heater not working properly. Electrical shorts in the apartment which throws the breakers in the front of the dwelling. The tub has been plugged for years. Now that we have managed to make the tub drain - the kitchen sink will not drain. The place has been over run by mice from the time it was rented. We must clean the pots, pans, and dishes before we can use them. The landlord has refused to fix the heaters, or the A/C which 2 years ago was hit with a truck and then while attempting to back out by a person being chased by police evading capture by running down the redwood fence of the doctor's office next door. Even though I have requested every year that he winterize the place he never has.
