There was elecric, plumbing, roof sheating, roofing, sheetrock,roof joists, insulation, beam damage. Made contact with the home owner, discussed the notice of violation, had owner sign and gave a copy. Secured unit by fencing property, it took four panels, gave ninety days to abate condemned unit and posted.
09/03/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved The permit has been finaled, T13CM02129 on 8-9-13. The owner have moved back in. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
