There is a real estate sign at the street advertising the property for sale by Blass Realty. The interior of the home has been ransacked and vandalized. According to the activity log the most recent visit by a real estate agent was 01-31-13. I searched the Assessor and Recorder for in formation on the surviving owner and did not find any other property listed for that name. I will attempt to contact the Beneficiary and or the Trustee of the mortgage contract and get any further information regarding the time frame on the sale of the property. |
