01/29/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT ASMITH Approved Was called by TPD to the property for an unsecured building that had a number of windows broken and doors that had been secured at one time were not secured. Inside of building had major damage to the all room and the wireing inside of the building had been removed along with all the lights. Called and asked Supervisor R. Sadate Jr to come and look at teh proeprty for th4e number of windows that had been brokena nd may need to be boarded. Called BathCrest and was able to board one window and one door and chain and locked the other doors. Will check on this property a couple of times a week. The proeprty is in liticgation and has been for over 3 years.
11/13/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE ASMITH Approved Property has new owner they are working on Plan to remodle the inside of the property and will need permits.
