Description:

Resident is uanble to get to the laundry room at her apt. complex. The curve and pitch of the sidewalk make it impossible for her to negotiate her mobility device into the laundry room. She feel out of her chair a month ago trying to get into the laundry room. Management was notified. Caller claims nothing is being done, and there are a few other residents using mobility devices that are having the same issue. Caller was told other City Departments may need to be brought into this complaint.
