Description:

No smoke detectors. There is one in a bedroom that does not work. All windows are sealed shut. Bathroom has mold becasue they can not open a window to vent the room after a shower. No back door. Back door was turned into a closet. This area has gaps/leaks and there are spiders coming into the unit from the closet. Family has a new baby. They are staying next door with the baby due to the spiders. Please call tenant to arrange a time to meet inside the unit.
