When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris. |

KNOCKED ON THE DOOR RECEIVED NO ANSWER, LEFT "NO ONE HOME" LETTER WITH CONTACT NUMBERS. 1/17/2013 : RECEIVED CALL ACK FROM THE OCCUPANT WHO MENTIONED HE ALREADY PICKED UP THE TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. I EXPLAINED AS LONG AS HE WAS WORKING ON HIS OWN VEHICLE, AND HE SAID HE WAS, THAT THE WORK WASN'T A VIOLATION BUT LEAVING THE TOOLS AND PARTS SCATTERED AROUND THE FRONT YARD WAS. OCCUPANT AGAIN MENTIONED HE REMOVED THE TRASH AND DEBRIS AND WOULD PICK UP AUTO PARTS OVER THE WEEKEND. |
