SPOKE WITH A FRIEND OF THE OWNER JUDD WHO DOES ALOT OF WORK FOR THE OWNER, JUDD MENTIONED OWNER WAS NOT AT HOME BUT IS IN TOWN. OWNER AND NEIGHBOR TO THE SOUTH HAVE BEEN QUARRELING FOR YEARS, STILL ONGOING. (RICHARD BURKEL'S NUMBER: 349-5519) DID FIND STACKS OF PALLETS, BLOCK METAL STUDS, WOOD BEAMS, AND OTHER LUMBER. ALSO FOUND PILES OF OLD WOOD, AND OTHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS ON THE PROPERTY ALL STORED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. AMOUNT OF STORED BELONGINGS CERTAINLY DOES NOT TAKE UP MORE THAN 25% OF THE PROPERTY DUE TO SUCH A LARGE PROPERTY.
01/18/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved SPOKE TO OWNER PRIOR TO RE INSPECTING THE PROPERTY. OWNER INFORMED ME THAT LIKE EVERYTHING ON HIS PROPERTY WHETHER IT BE THE SHEDS OR BARNS EVERTHING HAS A ROAD CUT TO ACCESS THE AREA INCLUDING WHERE HE STORE PERSONAL BELONGING MANY OF WHICH WILL BE RE USED ON A STRUCTURE HE PLANS TO ADD ON THE PROPERTY, HAS ALREADY STARTED PLAN PROCESS, NEEDED TO GET FLOOD PLAIN APPROVAL FOR A PERMIT, HAS ALREADY PAID OVER 200.00 FOR THE CERTS AND APPROVAL, (T12OT01425 / 10/09/12). ALSO STATED THAT HE OWNS THE PROPERTY TO THE WASH AND HE OWNS THE DRIVEWAY AND PAYS TAXES ON THAT PROPERTY TO ALLOW NEIGHBOR TO ENTER THE DRIVEWAY TO GET TO HIS FLAG LOT IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THEREFORE THE ONLY WAY TO SEE HIS "PERSONAL BELONGINGS" IS TO DRIVE ON HIS PROPERTY. HE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE DEBRIS MUST NOT BE VIEWABLE FROM THE STREET TO THE PUBLIC. I DID CHECK MAPS AND DID FIND THAT HE OWNS THE PROPERTY TO THE WASH. ** REVISITED THE SITE, FOUND I COULD NOT SEE THE DEBRIS OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS FROM THE STREET, WALKED OVER TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY / WASH, AND STILL COULD NOT SEE THE DEBRIS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. TECHNICALLY ONE WOULD HAVE TO ENTER THE OWNERS PROPERTY TO VIEW THE SO CALLED DEBRIS. NO VIOLATION, CLOSE CASE.
