Front single pane window appears to be sealed appropriately; lock mechanism is not latching well. Front door is installed correctly, but needs weatherstripping to prevent drafts. Bathroom ceiling fixture missing cover. Hard wired fire detector removed by tenant. Tenant insists drafts are coming from evaporative cooler venting indicating that unit may not have been winterized with cover or other means vent is open also and can be manually shut.
