| 01/08/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | LPUMPHRE | Approved | Confirmed two service entrances; one is one unit #3, the other connects with the main structure, but appears to service both #1 and #2 unit. Addtionally, there appears to be several added circuits, some not to code; some circuits go into what is labeled as #2 unit. Two expired 100 amp upgrades for #1 (T00EL02573) and #3 (T00EL02574); there is also a withdrawn permit for a 100 amp upgrade to #2 under T08EL01698 which was never issued; the fee was not paid and notes indicate a licensed contractor was required due to rental status. Expired permits need to be finaled and may require new plans due to added circuits. East carport attached to unit #3 was built without required permit after 1998, but prior to 2002 aerial. Fence surrounding unit #3 on north and east side is not structurally sound, not built to normal standards, and constructed of various materials. Storage is in this area covered in tarps, but technically the front of the unit. |
| 12/02/2013 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | LPUMPHRE | Approved | No compliance; permit T13CM01323 not finaled; no inspections scheduled. See reference/phone. |
