11/19/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved No obvious violations observed. There was a box van in the driveway bearing the name of "Southern Arizona Video Productions". There were no structures of any sort in the front yard or street. A check of ACC records shows the owner of the company and the homeowner are the same person. There was no phone number in NAVILINE for the occupant of the home but I was able to get a phone number from the van. The business has a website as well and lists the same phone number as a point of contact. I'll give the owner a call and assertain the nature of his business and determine if any code violations exist. According to the LUC the property can obtain authorization to operate this type of business with approval. A check of PRO did not reveal any such approval or any listed "Home Occupation" at this address.
11/28/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved Visited address 11-26-12. No activity whatsoever. There was a passenger van in the driveway with the Southern Arizona Video Productions logo. No violations noted. Case closed.
