Exterior surfaces: broken windows remain unfixed. South side of property, B building unit 210, large conspicuously broken window. West side of property, facing Dodge, above the address sign on A building there is a window broken in half. Sometimes cardboard is used to cover the window. The window is located above a walk way. Storage: unit B105 (south side of property) storage of debris and junk outside of unit. Many other units store small amounts of house hold items out side the front door. Attractive nuisance: Presence of broken windows, trash, storage of various items, and overall poor appearance of property are attracting neighborhood teens(?) to graffiti the property. Risk of injury from broken glass and attraction to break more windows.
