Description:

House is zoned as a R-1. The owner rents the home and uses the back yard (near the alley) to store his materials for his concrete business. Each morning at sun rise, two to five workers come to the home and load rebar, wood, etc into trucks to take to the work site. This takes from ten minutes to nearly an hour, depending on the day. The house/ yard is being used to house construction equipment and construction works are there each day.
