Building a driveway and carport, and a balcony on stilts. 2nd complaint received 09/19/2012: Considerable work going on (demo, grading) and talk of plans for exterior work (added porch, balcony & deck) and interior remodel. Neighbor says bulldozer is crossing his property line & his tree was knocked down to allow parking. 3rd coplaint received 10/22/2012: Lot is being graded around the south side of the house and the exterior of the house is being ripped off. There are no visible permits posted on the house or property. Request confirmation of an official city permit.
