Bathroom wall is deteriorated near the floor. Drywall damaged and molding pulled away from the wall. Wall area showed no evidence of water damage and the wall showed no signs of moisture at the time of inspection. No signs of any water leaks in the bathroom ceiling in the way of bubbles, cracks or sagging. I removed the ceiling fan cover and no moisture was evident at the time of inspection.
11/09/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RMENDOZA Approved Repair complete. Continual monthly service for pest in place.
