Camper parked on site for weeks. It appears that someone is living in the camper. Numerous cars parked on site. Possilbe car repair business occuring on site. Men can be seen working on the cars at various times. Cars have been on blocks. One white truck parks over the sidewalk quite often. Pedestrians have to walk onto the street.
