I explained the issues of storage under the carport. Gave him some examples of what would be called storage. Explained that these items could be stored behind the home because of the five foot fence. Asked if he had any family or friends to help him remove the items. He said no. I told him if he needed help he or I would contact the ward office. No Re-inspection fee. F/U 30 days.
