I told the manager to go ahead and complete a work order and to call me when they got in the unit. I also spoke to teh renter and she stated she did not call that he roomate called. I told her she need to call the maintaince people before calling us but that I hand asked the mamager to place a work order in to have the A/C unit looked at. I got a call from manager and she state there still have not be able to get inside the unit. I stated she can give them 24 hr notice and then go in. I am going to wait until I get a call back from the mantaince person before I take action. |
