08/28/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT ASMITH Approved Was unable to get inside spoke to manager and she stated they had not recivied a call or a complaint about the A/C not working. I told the manager to go ahead and complete a work order and to call me when they got in the unit. I also spoke to teh renter and she stated she did not call that he roomate called. I told her she need to call the maintaince people before calling us but that I hand asked the mamager to place a work order in to have the A/C unit looked at. I got a call from manager and she state there still have not be able to get inside the unit. I stated she can give them 24 hr notice and then go in. I am going to wait until I get a call back from the mantaince person before I take action.
09/07/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE ASMITH Approved Called manager and she stated the Thermastat was replaced. I called the occupants on 9/4/12 and asked for them to call me if there was still an issue. No one called back case closed.
