Description:

Tenant has a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Repair work began, but the tenant has a huge hole in the shower area that is not covered. There is only one shower in the unit. Kitchen ceiling had a leak from the upstairs unit having a dishwasher over flow. The repair has never been made. Upstairs tenant is not using his dishwasher anymore to avoid flooding the downstairs apartment. Tenant's kitchen ceiling still has buckling.
