Description:

Tenant has issues with roaches. Company came today to spray for roaches and told the tenant that there is a problem with her neighbor's unit. It is the worst he has ever seen for roaches. Caller keeps waking up with roaches in her bed. Treating is not working. She would like to be moved to aother unit. She was given the phone number to Legal Aid. The Pima County Health Department gave her our number to file a complaint.

08/09/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT ASMITH Approved Met with manager about unit 1013 and she stated they have been working to abated the issued but the renter has turned away the contractor two times. I went to the unit but did not see any roaches, but the unit had jsut been bombed on Monday Aug 6. The contactor states that he feel there is another unit that is the cause of the roaches management feel is it Unit 1014 and it will have a health and wellness inspection on Monday Aug 13.
