Leaking pipe in wall of the bathroom behind the toilet. Fan does not work in the bathroom. Smoke detectors may not be working. Tenant was moved out of the unit for the leak to be fixed. Now she is back and the wall is still leaking. AC was broken, but was just fixed. Please call tenant to arrange a time to meet at the apatment.
