CALLED SONIA, LEFT MESSAGE. CHECKED ELECTRICAL BREAKER BOX FOR 1101-1104, FOUND CIRCUIT BREAKERS FOR THE A/C REMAINED ON. IT WAS WARM BUT NOT UNBEARABLE INSIDE. ** DROVE TO 535 N WILMOT TO SPEAK WITH OWNERS (ON BASE PAGE) FOUND OWNER WERE NO LONGER THERE, HAD MOVED TO SOMEWHERE ON BROADWAY. ** RECEIVED CALL BACK FROM SONIA WITH NICALOSI AND FITCH, SONIA MENTIONED IT HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM BECAUSE OCCUPANTS CONTINUALLY LEAVE THE DOORS OPEN IN THE ROOMS AS WELL AS THE FRONT DOOR OF THE QUAD. AIR MAINTANENCE/FRANK (449-2431) WAS CALLED OUT LAST WEEK AND MADE REPAIRS. THEY WERE CALLED OUT AGAIN ON 8/01 FOUND UNITS COILS WERE FROZEN OVER, UNIT TAKEN APART AND WAITING FOR AIR MAINTANENCE TO GO BACK OUT. ** CONTACTED FRANK AT AIR MAINTANENCE APPROX. 3:30 PM, FRANK WAS PRESENTLY ONSITE, CONFIRMED HE WAS OUT IN THE AM TOOK APART THE UNIT TO ALLOW PARTS TO DE-THAW, HAS NOT YET DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM BUT COULD CALL BACK. ** RECEIVED CALL BACK FROM AIR MAINTANENCE, FRANK MENTIONED A/C UNIT DID HAVE A BAD EXPANTION VALVE, WOULD BE ORDERED IN THE AM, SHIPPED OVERNIGHT FROM ALABAMA LENNOX DEALER AND REPLACED SAME DAY IT IS RECEIVED. ** RECEIVED CALL FROM SONIA APPROX. 7 PM MENTIONED, SHE HAD RECEIVED SAME INFO FROM FRANK. SONIA FIRST SPOKE WITH SUPERVISION AND WAS ADVISED TO GIVE EACH OCCUPANT THE OPTION OF RECEIVING A FAN OR MOVING TEMPORARILY TO ANOTHER EMPTY UNIT WITHIN THE AREA. EMPTY UNITS AND FANS ARE TO FANS ARE BE LOCATED AND OCCUPANTS GEVEN THE OPTION. ** WILL FOLLOW UP ON MONDAY 8/6/2012 DUE TO BEING OUT ON 8/3 AND KNOWING WORK IS IN PROGRESS. |
