07/12/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT ASMITH Approved Inspection did not find anything but the renter states everytime it rains the ceiling in the bathroom leaks. The unit above is not leaking and have had know complains about water while the bathroom is in use. The roof was just repaired a couple of months ago and is still under warrenty.
08/17/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE ASMITH Approved Spoke to manager and the roof was fixed and there have been no more calls.
