07/09/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT wnavarro Approved visited site, met tucson fire department, inspected, found as follows, electrical damage, water line damage, plumbing damage, also found structual damage in trusses in carport. elecrical was cut at service entrance, also natural gas was pinned closed due to the damage to the water heater, talked to tenant and gave me phone number to owner, called and explained status in the residential fire and that i would need for her to make contact with me over the residence, she appeared and we went over the damage and had her sign tne notice of violation and the notice to vacate structure, also posted do not enter and gave ninety days to abate, also explained this to tenant and he did have a place to go to, follow up in ninety days
