12/19/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved Passing by the site and the building was opened. Did see Due to the owner not returning calls, called Bathcrest and had the doors secured. Was not able to lock the doors due to needed a key to lock the doors and had pins to the floor and the header acting like flushbolts. Did talk to the owner of one of the business next door and a person still has a key to the doors and he has been on the property. The owner of the business did see the people in the rear parking lot but were not on the property when going to check. Will let the inspector working on the V.A.N.S. case know that action was taken to secure the property. RV.
