I did observe some flattened, sun-beaten cardboard boxes along with other debris in the arroyo which appear to have been there for quite some time. Based upon my observations I would be unable to positively link the debris in the arroyo to any person(s) at the residence which the complainant is alleging placed said debris. I will forward a request to COT Transportation Dept. to retrieve the debris. Case closed unable to verify.
